Fluencio AI uses your device microphone to enable pronunciation practice and speaking exercises. Please be aware of the following:

• We request microphone access only when you use speaking/pronunciation features

• Audio recordings are processed in real time to evaluate your pronunciation using AI models

• We do not permanently store raw audio recordings on our servers unless explicitly disclosed

• Voice data is processed by our AI service providers (see Section 5) under strict data processing agreements

• You can withdraw microphone permission at any time via your device settings; this will disable speaking features

2.4 Purchase and Subscription Data

• Subscription plan, billing cycle, and renewal status

• Purchase history and transaction identifiers

• Payment is processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or our payment processor — we do not store full card details

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage your account

• Provide, operate, and improve our language learning services

Fluencio AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).

If required by applicable law, we will seek parental consent before collecting data from minors between 13-16 years of age.

• In-app purchases are processed by Apple; Apple's privacy policy governs payment data

• We participate in Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework — we will ask for your consent before tracking you across other apps or websites

10.2 Android (Google Play Store)

• Fluencio AI complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies

• We declare all permissions in our Android manifest; runtime permissions are requested only when needed

• You can manage app permissions in Android Settings > Apps > Fluencio AI > Permissions

• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play; Google's privacy policy governs payment data
